Orders undergo quality checks and are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Average delivery is 3 to 7 business days via trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

A live tracking code is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier so you can follow its arrival.

2. Order Processing & Handling
- All orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding major federal holidays.
- Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays are fulfilled on the following business day.
- Once your order ships, an automated notification containing your tracking ID will be sent to your registered email address.
3. Shipment Tracking & Delivery Updates
You can monitor the live progress of your delivery at any time using the carrier link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for initial tracking scans to populate on the carrier's portal.
4. Lost, Missing, or Damaged in Transit
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please verify your porch, parcel lockers, and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, contact our customer service team within 5 business days at contact@nyxaveront.com. We will coordinate directly with the carrier or dispatch a prompt replacement to ensure your satisfaction.
