By visiting our site and purchasing our elastic sofa slipcovers, waterproof couch covers, and furniture protectors, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 2 – Sofa Measurements & Fit Accuracy

While our sofa slipcovers are engineered from high-elasticity jacquard, spandex, polar fleece, and velvet fabrics designed to adapt to a wide variety of furniture contours (including standard couches, loveseats, sectionals, futons, and recliners), couch dimensions differ across manufacturers. We strongly encourage customers to review our Sofa Sizing & Fit Guide and measure their furniture before placing an order.

Section 3 – Fabric & Digital Color Representation

We strive to display the colors, textures, and fabric weaves of our sofa slipcovers as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors, smartphone screens, and indoor lighting calibrate differently, slight color variations between digital images and the physical product may occur.

Section 4 – Pricing & Product Modifications

Prices for our home furniture covers and accessories are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product model or fabric variant without prior notice.

Section 5 – Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities on any order placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address provided at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details for all transactions.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington and the United States.
